Financial Year in Review

IHDA’s issuer credit rating remained unchanged by all three major credit rating agencies: Moody’s Investors Service, Standard and Poor’s, and Fitch Ratings.

During calendar years 2024 and 2025, IHDA recycled approximately $98.5 million of volume cap, preserving capacity for future single-family and multifamily transactions.

Over the same period, the Authority issued approximately $3.36 billion in bonds and notes, including $830 million related to multifamily programs and $2.53 billion related to single-family programs. All single-family bond issuances were designated as Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issuances.

Additionally, IHDA executed approximately $2.9 million in secondary market sales through To-Be-Announced (TBA) and Specified Pool Sale contracts, as well as approximately $29.8 million in sales of securities through Collateralized Mortgage Obligations (CMOs).
